- ALTA is synonymous with benevolence and conviviality
- Members must help each other and respect each other. Respect does not forbid humor and self-mockery is an irresistible weapon
- We never broach subjects that can upset (politics, religion, …) or hurt
- Open-mindedness and diversity, it is totally legitimate to each have their own motivations and interests, individual or team ranking, records or races, 24 hours a day in front of the screen or more occasional player
- We play while respecting the rules of Virtual Regatta, we don’t cheat and we don’t exploit the flaws of the game
- It is important to have a minimum of exchanges, encouragement, discussions with the other members of the team about the races in which you participate. You don’t have to do a lot of it, but you have to talk to each other. And if you have any doubts in the race, dare to ask your questions, there is no such thing as a stupid question!
- Express yourself in a correct language, without too much sms language, to, among other things, facilitate automatic translation
- Remember that you have the right to disagree, be tolerant. It’s even rather good not to always agree, it wouldn’t be very enriching to be, it’s all in the way you express it
- For newcomers, don’t hesitate to introduce yourself on the team’s Discord server, in the « Presentation » lounge, it helps everyone to get to know each other better
- VR is only a game, keep in mind that everyone is there to have a good time and it should do it!
